Hape Fix-It Tool Box (Review)

Hape Fix-It Tool Box (Review)

James and I are huge fans of all wooden toys! So when the lovely people at Hape asked if we’d like to be try the Hape Fix-It Tool Box, we jumped at the chance! The brightly coloured tool box comes with lots of nuts and bolts, and James favourite tool… a bright red headed hammer! What’s not to love, banging and hammering everything in sight. Developing his engineering and building skills. Making lots of noise and having lots of fun in the process!

As you can see from James’s face, he couldn’t wait to get his hands on all the little nuts, bolts, and tools out of this box! James always wants to lend a hand when we’re doing anything round the house. So having his very own hammer, screwdriver, and spanner, is a dream come true! James is now ready for any task. You can see his little mind working over time, looking for anything he can fix! All the pieces comes in a handy, easy to carry, wooden tool box, great for little hands.

The Review

Hape Fix-It Tool Box (Review)

The Hape Fix-It Tool Box arrived really quickly and was well packaged. I loved that all the items in the tool box were fab bright colours. Making this a great learning toy, from naming colours, to naming all the tools, and describing what each item does! There’s 17 pieces in the box. Most of the pieces are made from wood, only the 3 nuts and 3 bolts are made from plastic. The tool box is also made from wood making the whole collection very durable and hard wearing, which is great for James as he is quite heavy handed! James is ready and raring to go, putting all the pieces through rigorous testing, as you can imagine, and see from the pictures below. The tool box is very versatile, as you can attach the pieces onto the tool box or create your own structures separately! Nothing broke or chipped, believe me James really tested  every piece to the max!  The whole contents of the Hape Fix-It Tool Box are made of good quality materials, and we thoroughly enjoyed playing and testing it out!
