It’s always great to catch up with friends and have a girlie day out. Marie and Amanda managed to get hold of some tickets for the Strictly Come Dancing 10th Anniversary tour in Manchester, I was thrilled to bits when they invited me to go with them! It’s not often we get the chance to all get together with work commitments and family, so this was going to be a fabulous afternoon to have a good old catch up!Amanda, me and Marie waiting at the train station tickets in hand ready to go, can’t wait to get there! Can you tell I’m sooo excited! haha, Amanda took this photo as we were waiting to enter MEN Arena, we’ve been singing the theme tune all the way here, so funny! doing a little cha cha cha as we were moving a long the queue. Everyone is in great spirits and you can feel all the excitement as you are waiting to go in, absolutely brilliant! The first thing you see is this giant glitter ball as you enter inside the arena, it’s truly magnificent! A huge dance floor waiting for all the contestants to show their moves, the atmosphere is electric. What can I say the show was out of this world! the dancing, the judges, the costumes were all amazing! Everyone in the arena were involved in the show, Anita Rani really pulled out all the stops to host the show and you could feel how passionate she was. The judges are on form, a few 10’s from Len, always a crowd pleaser and Craig Revel Horwood with his fabulousness and dry sense of humour made you feel like you personally knew them, they really pulled out all the stops for this show. A great line up with Louise Redknapp, Danni Mac, Ore Odube, Daisy Lowe, Lesley Joseph, and Judge Rinder, all great personalities and the effort every single one of them put into the show was absolutely outstanding! They kept you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole performance, and to top it all the singers and the orchestra just added that extra WOW factor to this tour.I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone, young and old with friends, partners and family. What an absolute fabulous day out we had, loads of fun and lots of magical memories were made, just a perfect day spending it with great friends. Here’s to many more to come!
